The Philadelphia Phillies return Robert Mosebach to the Angels
The Phillies have returned 24-year old righty pitcher Robert Mosebach to the Angels who was a Rule 5 Draft Pick. Mosebach pitched in 29 games (all starts) in AA-ball last season in which he was 9-12 with a 4.62 ERA and a 1.57 WHIP. The Phillies weren’t that impressed with Mosebach this spring.
