25-year old lefty starting pitcher Cole Hamels had a so-so year in 2009 for the Phillies. He started 31 games for the Phillies this year and he was 10-10 with a 4.25 ERA and a 1.28 WHIP. But he’s known as Mr. October in Philly. He has started 6 games in his career in the post season in which he is 4-1 with a 2.16 ERA and a 0.94 WHIP. If he pitches like he did last season in the playoffs the Phillies will have a really good chance to repeat as World Champions.
