The Phillies have released veteran outfielder Brad Wilkerson. Wilkerson only went 0 for 1 (.000 avg) this spring for the Phillies. He just didn’t look like he had enough in the tank for the Phillies to even offer him a job in the minors. This could very well be the end of his major league career.
