Roy Halladay is the best pitcher in baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies

Roy Halladay was always one of the top pitchers in the game, but he rarely got much run support while with the Toronto Blue Jays.  The superior lineup that the Philadelphia Phillies have was supposed to make Halladay an easy 20-game winner.  Well, so far Halladay has not needed much run support from his Phillies.  That is because Halladay has been mowing the opposition down as if he were facing little leaguers.  Through four starts so far, Halladay is 4-0 with 0.82 ERA, 0.88 WHIP, 28 Ks, and only 3 walks in 33.0 innings pitched.  He has 2 complete games already and 1 shutout.  Halladay is off to one of the best starts of his career and it looks like he likes his new home in Philadelphia.  Barring injury, Halladay is the likely winner for this year’s NL Cy Young Winner.  Even though he is only 4 starts into the season, I am still confident he will be the Cy Young Winner this season for the Phillies.
