Podsednik has played in 17 games in A+AAA-ball so far this year and he is 18 for 71 (.254 avg, .717 OPS) with 13 runs scored, 0 homers, 7 RBIs and 3 stolen bases. He has played in 1,016 games in his first 10 years in the majors and he is 1,036 for 3,707 (.279 avg, .721 OPS) with 544 runs scored, 41 homers, 300 RBIs and 301 stolen bases. This was a good signing for the Phillies who are having a lot of health and performance issues in the outfield so far this year.
