30-year old righty swinging infielder Kevin Frandsen is going to try to play through a stress fracture in his left fibula the rest of the season, if he can take the pain. Frandsen has played in 35 games for the Phillies so far this year and he is 44 for 129 (.341 avg, .792 OPS) with 18 runs scored, 1 homer and 9 RBIs. The Phillies are going to have to watch Frandsen’s P.T. the rest of the season so he doesn’t hurt himself any worse.
